Water Energy Services (WES) Enters Into Joint Operations and Profit Sharing Agreement With Vallee Oil & Gas

San Antonio, Texas — February 3, 2022 — Water Energy Services (“WES”) enters into Joint Operations and Profit Sharing Agreement with Vallee Oil & Gas as it expands its reach into other wastewater markets and exploration production companies. WES is expected to increase its volumes at joint venture locations by 50%.

WES CEO Nicholas Atkins said,“This salt water disposal project will expand our customer base of exploration and production companies and will double our volumes at these locations.”

Vallee Oil & Gas provides wastewater management infrastructure and services to the energy industry in the Permian and Eagle Ford Basins in Texas.
